Paul is an Engineering professional. He has worked for the Chicago Water Reclamation district for nearly 16 years. Additionally to being passionate about green initiatives, engineering and science, Paul has been active in empowering urban underserved communities. He has been an advocate for S.T.E.M. even long before it was popular. Paul has also volunteered for many big brother mentor organizations, serving as a math and science tutor. Paul is a Woodlawn resident. He believes that in order to create a vibrant community, we have to build an infrastructure that creates jobs and supports diversity and inclusion. He believe a roadmap to getting there is empowering youth and engaging the greater society to invest in Chicago’s most vulnerable population in the areas of education, quality programming, safe havens and mentorships. Paul is a proud alumni of the University of Champaign.
